EXPRESS SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Team Gezon is looking for an Express Service Technician to join our energetic, hard working team. This individual will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his/her responsibilities through coordination with the service manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
  • Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER

Gezon Motors is looking for a Service Writer to join our team. This individual will need to ensure that Gezon's customer's vehicle needs are being fulfilled. The best candidate will be competent with computers, have the ability to absorb product knowledge and bring efficiency to the relationship between a customer and Team Gezon.

Service Writer Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting customers as they enter the service department
  • Maintaining customer profile information
  • Writing up RO's
  • Scheduling technicians
  • Tracking repair orders and their causes
  • Processing warranties
